Our house is located 10km from the city center of NANTES.
It is also 300meters from the secured bike path along the LOIRE RIVER.
Finally, it is 700 meters from Nantes ring road, allowing to be quickly on the road toward Saint-Nazaire and the Atlantic coast (https://tourisme-loireatlantique.com/).
Our house is quiet, in a market gardening valley, and is surrounded by a large garden of 2000m2 in the shade of large trees. Three floors with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three WC.
From house several trials cross the countryside. Our home is 7 km from the aquatic center SoPool.

Our home is at less than one hour by car from the fantastic leisure parc called "Le Puy-du-Fou". The Puy du Fou offers an unparalleled experience with a series of spectacular, moving shows, in the heart of unspoilt countryside and magnificent stage sets. It won in Los Angeles the 2012 Thea Classic Award for the best theme park in the world.
Summer months, Nantes hosted again the free festival "Aux Heures d'été":

Appartement bien situé permettant de se rendre au centre de Grenade aussi bien à pied qu'en transport public. Beaucoup de choses à voir autour : ville bien sûr, randonnées en montagne, plages, ...
The family was very kind. It was a wonderful exchange. They were excellent people in every way, from attentiveness to housekeeping, etc. Their house is beautiful and very close to Nantes, with plenty of space and a wonderful garden.
Maison conforme à la description. Famille accueillante. La voiture nous a été remise comme prévue et au lieu de notre choix. Nous avons apprécié les parties de billard. Nous avons fait un aller-retour sur Budapest en train; ça se fait vraiment très bien. Eger est une ville qui mérite d'être connue. Nous avons notamment bien apprécié les bains turcs. belles ballades dans les forets voisines. Toute la famille a apprécié cet échange.

We like hiking, appreciate the meetings with friends;

This house is where we live all year round.
In summer, we have a lot of fresh vegetables that are at your disposal.
Our hens will give you good fresh eggs in exchange for some care.
Quails regularly provide us with excellent little eggs
Our hive also produces some honey; it is surrounded by a fence preventing children from accessing it.
We try to preserve our planet and we make a compost. Our next project is to make an ecological swimming pool.
Our neighbors are very helpful and like to invite families with whom we do exchange.
