A spacious house in the seaside town of Tramore, just ten minutes from Waterford City.

We have arranged an exchange for Summer 2024.

Our home is located in the seaside town of Tramore, Co. Waterford. Our house is a ten minute walk to the beach and there are many other beaches dotted along the coastline nearby. Tramore is a very popular holiday destination for families. Surfing is a popular pastime, with three different surf schools at the waterfront. There is an amusement park and a swimming pool close to the beach and two playgrounds, one a five minute walk from our house and another on by the beach. There are indoor play centres for children and a pet farm a short drive away. You can also go horse riding, golfing, visit the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens or go for a picturesque walk along the coast. There are many bars and restaurants in the town. Tramore is a ten minute drive to Waterford City, the oldest city in Ireland. Tramore is one hour from Kilkenny City, two hours from Dublin City and two hours from Cork City.

Our house in situated on a quiet cul de sac in the centre of the town. We have two living rooms, one upstairs leading on to a sun room with stunning views of the sea. The house has four bedrooms. The master bedroom with a super king bed and an en suite bathroom, our little girl's bedroom which has a single bed, and then two other bedrooms; one has a king size bed and the other has a bed that is a little larger than a single bed. There is a balcony off the sun room upstairs and there is a small garden to the front of the house. At the back of the house there is a large decking area looking onto the garden which is perfect for barbecues in the summer.
