Saint-Servan, other area of Saint-Malo city

A nice house in Saint-Malo next to beaches and old city. We are specifically looking for someone to come up to two weeks late July / early August when we will visit Japan, but we are also open to any proposals in 2026, so do not hesitate to contact us!

We live in a house located in a quiet and central area of Saint-Malo.
The house is 120m². Ground floor: entrance, open kitchen, living room, bathroom (bathtub), two separate closets, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). First floor: three bedrooms (one with double bed and mezzanine).
We have a patio / garden with garden furniture and electric barbecue.
The house is 2km away from closest beaches, and 4km away from the battlements (old city). Other locations of interest include Dinard (10km), Dinan (30km), Cap Fréhel (44km), Mont Saint-Michel (54km), Rennes (68km), D-Day sites (2h by car), Jersey (1h30 by ferry), and Guernsey (2h by ferry).

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this lovely Saint-Malo home. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the beds were comfortable, and the open living space was perfect for all sitting around together after our days of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with the local bus stop a 10min walk away where you can get a bus straight to Les Ramparts de Saint-Malo. Communication with Stéphane and Anne-Sophie was excellent from start to finish – friendly, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips. They took great care of our home in return, leaving it exactly as they found it. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a house swap in Saint-Malo!
