House located between Avranches and Granville, newly renovated, 130 m², bright, functional, adapted to the ground floor for people with reduced mobility, 4 rooms of 15 m² minimum, 2 bathrooms. House suitable for children and adolescents, board games, free wifi, television. The house is located in a very quiet area, not overlooked, in the village center, in front of a gym and near a playground for small children. The garden is enclosed 1300 m² with mowing robot, trampoline for children. 4 bicycles and rollers available and exchange of cars 7 places possible. The car is necessary.
