Licht appartement nabij het centrum van Sevilla
Hello!
We( Younes-cook, Veerle- speechtherapist and Elías our son) would like to have you as a guest in our second floor appartement(which is our second home) situated in a quiet part of the neigbourhood 'Macarena'. Our holiday home is close to the university, one of the two main hospitals, and it's easily connected with the center of Sevilla.
Sevilla is famous for his monuments, traditions and cultural heritage.. It is the hometown of flamenco and the heart of Andalusia, the south of Spain. It's a city full of life.
The center can be reached easily by public transport(bus 12)in a quarter of an hour, by bike in 10 minutes(several public bikestations nearby) or by foot(30 minutes). We live 10 minutes away from the main rail station(Santa Justa)and central highways to Cordoba, Granada, Huelva, Cadiz,...
Sevilla, as said the cradle of traditional flamenco, is famous for his delicious tapas and is overloaded of special monuments in style 'mudejar'. But the capital of Andalucia also shows you a more modern and alternitive way of live with conceptstores and original smaller shops. Whether you like tradition or the modern way, Sevilla suit all tastes!
The area gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Sevilian way of live in between local families. There are lots of supermarkets(Día, Mercadona, Carrefour), local grocery stores(bakery, butcher, fish,...), shops and bars with delicious food who will welcome you. You will also find various bankagencies.
You will find a big parc 'Miraflores' at 5 minutes walking, and lots of small parks with playgrounds

Our appartement is well-equipped(washing machine, TV, internet,cooking supplies,...). It consists out of: the kitchen(microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances), the living room has a saloon and on the other side a dining tabel for 4 persons, with view on the terras. The terras is equipped with a colourful dining table and a lounge chair..
The bathroom has a walk in shower and a toilet. The master bedroom(double bed 150cm) has also a terras overlooking the common gardens from the neighbourhood. We can provide a carry cot. The other bedroom consists out of a bunk bed (2x 90cm).
We'd like to welcome families or friends who wants to discover and enjoy Andalucia and particularly Sevilla. We give high priority to persons who respect our property and our neighbours

Neighborhood
About the neighborhood
Our apartement is situated in Campos de Soria, a quit familial neighbourhood on the border of 'Macarena'. Because of being just outside the center, you'll not spot tourists but yes eat , drink, walk and have fun with local Sevillans! It is a quit neighbourhood with lots of shops, supermarkets, small parks where children can play and a big park to do sports or just to enjoy nature.
Although it is situated outside the center, public buses bring you easily and fast (15-20 minutes) to the center.
The highways to the nearest cities are easy to take out from our neighbourhood. You'll arrive at Cadiz within an houre, you can visit Cordoba after 1h45 min, Granada in 2h 40min, Malaga in 2h 20min. As the trainstation 'Santa Justa' ain't far from home you can easily take the train to visit those cities as well!

We genoten in Morbihan met volle teugen en voelden ons helemaal thuis in het huis van Nynke! Dit gebied doet je wandelen fietsen en geniet van wat de natuur te beiden heeft! De communicatie verliep vlot, wij zijn dankbaar en tevreden!
L'appartement est bien équipé, facile d'accès en transport en commun, un bon point de départ pour visiter Séville et l'Andalousie.
We hebben erg genoten van het huis in Audinghen: er is voldoende ruimte en licht, je kan genieten op een terras met een tuintje. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Het was makkelijk communiceren met Michel w.b.aankomst en vertrek. Audinghen is centraal gelegen waardoor grotere steden en diverse stranden makkelijk bereikbaar zijn. Bedankt!
Trine en haar man zijn zeer aangename mensen, waarmee het vlot communiceren was. Het was fijn om mekaar ter plaatse te ontmoeten. Het huis laat je baden in rust. De omgeving nodigt uit om te rusten, te fietsen, te wandelen,...kortom pure ontspanning! Wij hebben er fantastische dagen beleefd! Dankjewel! Younes-Veerle-Elias.

Younes(1969) is a cook in a catering company,and loves to conjure delicious food. He likes to discover new wines, tries to catch fish when on holiday, he's a big fan of the Sevilian football club and like to watch movies.
Veerle(1974) is a speech therapist working in special education. Loves photography, discover cities by bike, travelling and meeting friends and family.
