A cozy family home in Las Rozas de Madrid with pool, playground, and paddle court
Looking for an exchange in July and August 2025 – all destinations are welcome.
Our home is a bright and comfortable apartment, ideal for families, located in a quiet and safe residential complex in Las Rozas de Madrid. The complex includes a swimming pool, a children's playground, and a paddle court, making it perfect for both relaxation and recreation. It is well connected to the center of Madrid by train and bus and is surrounded by green areas, parks, and all essential services. A great place to explore the vibrant Spanish capital while enjoying a peaceful, family-friendly environment.
We are a family of five – an engineer, a teacher, and three very young children (3,2 and 0 years old) – who love traveling and discovering new cultures. We have been part of the Intervac community through our parents (ES1180), who exchanged homes throughout their lives. Now, following that beautiful tradition, we are excited to continue exchanging homes with our own family. We look forward to meeting you, exchanging homes, and creating new memories while sharing experiences!

We had a wonderful experience with Jerome and his family. The interaction was excellent, and we had the chance to enjoy a lovely dinner together on the first day of our arrival. The house is very comfortable and welcoming. During our stay, we visited Nantes, Rennes, Clisson, and the surrounding areas, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
