A big, nice house in the countyside just outside of Göteborg
A single story villa, surrounded by horse paddocks and forests, about 20 minutes from Göteborg city centre, and just as close to the ocean. Large patios facing west and east, perfect for breakfast and the long Swedish evenings. Two cats come with the house.
There are three bedrooms, an office/sewing room, a common area, a dining room with sitting area, and a large kitchen in the main area of the house, as well as a bathroom and a toilet. There are two additional bedrooms in the attachment.
The kitchen comes with induction stove, dual oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is laundry and dryer in the attachment, as well as a drying cabinet.
The yard is large, with berries and vegetable garden and greenhouse, as well as a trampoline and swing. In the garage, you will find bikes for all ages.

Neighborhood
About the neighborhood
Säve is a small village on the island Hisingen. Despite being only 15 minutes from the city, it's a calm and rural area, with forests, fields and horse paddocks. Down the road, you first come to a summerhouse area, with a playground, and continue on to the small beach by the river. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, with wild (but very safe!) forests just across the fields. It takes about 25 minutes to Göteborg Central Station, and you will reach the ocean in just as long, or why not one of the many small lakes on the mainland.
In Göteborg, you should not miss Liseberg, with Balder, Helix and Valkyria as main attractions!
A short drive north will take you to Kungälv, and then you are in Bohuslän, making Marstrand, Smögen or Orust a nice day out.
