We offer a peaceful, comfortable and sunny flat in a residential area. You can enjoy many outdoor activities, discover our beaches or just live Valencia`s city life. It's a double bedroom flat with two bathrooms, kitchen and a charming living room.
It's located 5 minutes walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and bars. If you want to go to Valencia city center it´s just 20 minutes by underground or by car.

Perheestämme
We are Paula and Gonzalo. We really like travelling around the world as Paula's parents did many years ago, we mean, exchanging their home. We are both teachers and fortunately we have the chance to travel, specially on summertime.

We describe ourselves as travellers. We do a lot of sports. We usually go kayaking, running, paddlesurfing and so on. We love healthy food and we fancy discovering diferent cultures, meals and people. The world is a great place to discover!

From the very beginning, communication was easy, clear, and friendly. They provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay in their home. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared—and we immediately felt welcome.
Their hospitality was truly outstanding. They left helpful tips about the area, including local restaurants and attractions, which made our time in Valencia even more special.
When we returned home, we found our house in perfect condition, cared for as if it were their own.
We highly recommend Gonzalo, Paula, and Eric to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and responsible exchange partners. It was a wonderful experience!
