6-bedroom house a few minutes' walk from four beaches in popular seaside town
Our holiday home is a three-storey, six-bed terraced house near the centre of Tenby in West Wales, a popular seaside destination, with South Beach, North Beach, Harbour Beach and Castle Beach all being accessible within a short walk. The train station is also 50 meters down the road, for those arriving by train or wishing to explore more of Pembrokeshire.
The house is generally booked out for holiday lets during peak times, so we'd be looking for exchanges at other times of year, and/or non-simultaneous exchanges.

Nágrenni
Um nágrennið
Tenby is a walled seaside town in Pembrokeshire, Wales, on the western side of Carmarthen Bay. Notable features include 2+1⁄2 miles (4.0 km) of sandy beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, the 13th century medieval town walls, including the Five Arches barbican gatehouse, Tenby Museum and Art Gallery, the 15th century St. Mary's Church, and the National Trust's Tudor Merchant's House. Boats sail from Tenby's harbour to the offshore monastic Caldey Island. St Catherine's Island is tidal and has a 19th century Palmerston Fort. The town has an operating railway station.
The house is a short walk from the four Tenby beaches, but just outside the walls of the old town, so it avoids the summer bustle. Tenby is a tourist destination but also a regular town with a working harbour, and has a good range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The railway station is just down the road from the house, offering easy trips to other parts of Pembrokeshire.

Great central location. Clean holiday home. Lovely town and coastline

We're a family of five, with Dad (Tom) from Wales, Mum (Cindy) from Canada, along with Arwyn (aged 11), Nye (aged 3), and Caian (aged 1). We're based in Cardiff but also have a holiday home (sleeps 10) in Tenby, where we spend a lot of time. We run our own editing company, working online, so have the flexibility of traveling a lot. Tom did a lot of house exchanges with his family as a child, and we have just decided to start house exchanges ourselves.
