Our house is in the center of Termoli, 200 meters from the train station and the nearest beach is 200 meters walk.
Termoli is a tourist center and seaside resort.
The small city is connected with the most important lines of communication, in fact it is crossed by: the Milan-Bari-Lecce railway, the A14 highway (the motorway exit just two kilometers from the center), and from the state road 16. It is also connected by sea with the beautiful Tremiti islands and Termoli is ninety kilometers from Pescara airport. Rome, Naples, Bari are not very far.
Our comfortable house is on the eighth floor and has two panoramic balconies, you can see a wonderful sea!

Our area is full of interesting places to visit: Tremiti islands can be reached easily with ship lines and can be seen in clear days from our balcony; moreover there are archeological places, mountains, national parks (Gargano, Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo), small lakes... and what else... the concerts, the fireworks, the exhibitions and theatral shows.
Termoli is all that, is sea, sun and enjoyment… it is a real holiday atmosphere.

El piso de Caterina y Geovani es tal como viene en el anuncio, es muy comodo, muy cerca de la playa y el vecindario muy tranquilo. Termoli es una ciudad muy tranquila donde pasamos unos días de playa y relax estupendos.

Es ist ein nicht zeitgleicher Austausch, d.h. wir waren noch nicht bei unseren Gästen. Die Gäste erlebten wir als äusserst korrekt, kommunikativ und sympathisch. Sie verliessen die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt und waren sehr gewandt und selbständig, so dass sie wenig Hilfe brauchten. Wir freuen uns sehr auf den Besuch bei ihnen und beherbergen sie gerne wieder einmal, falls sie dies wünschen.

We are a retired couple. Giovanni, 66 years old, does voluntary work at the hospital and Caterina, 61 years old. We usually travel in twos. Sometimes our daughters join us, but only for a weekend.
