We live in a charming home on a quiet street just 7 kilometers from the city centre. The neighborhood is wonderful! An outdoor farmers’ market, delicatessens, bakeries, bistros and boutique shops are all within close walking distance.
The house is bright and comfortable. The ground-floor has an open concept living-dining space and a wonderful kitchen and family room which looks out over the deck. We have a great yard and deck with gas barbeque, from which to enjoy the warm Ottawa summer. There is an office, two washrooms and three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has an on suite washroom with a large soaker tub and shower! The third floor is a loft-family room with additional sleeping capacity.

Nous habitons une maison charmante qui se trouve dans une rue tranquille à 7 kilomètres du centre-ville. Le quartier est coquet. Un marché, des boucheries, boulangeries, bistros, et boutiques sont à quelques minutes de marche de la maison.
La maison est agréable et spacieuse. Le living, la salle à manger, et la cuisine se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée qui surplombe un patio. Nous avons un jardin, patio et barbeque, duquel vous pourrez profiter des beaux étés d’Ottawa. Il y a un bureau, deux salles de bain et trois chambres à coucher au deuxième étage. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain en suite avec une grande baignoire à remous et douche! Une salle familiale, qui peut servir de chambre à coucher se trouve à l’étage supérieur.
