Hallo liebe Intervac-Freunde,
wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie. Anja ist Ernährungswissenschaftlerin. Thomas arbeitet als Lehrer. Amélie,18 Jahre alt, liebt Pferde und Tanzsport und ihre Bratsche. Antonia, 12 Jahre alt, spielt gerne Klavier und Fagott und reitet gerne. Zur Familie gehören noch vier ältere Kinder, die aber inzwischen alle eigenständig verreisen.
Unser Haus:
Unser Haus bietet viel Platz, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir haben einen großen, ruhigen Garten. Viele Spielgeräte wie Schaukel, Sandkiste und ein großes Trampolin stehen Euch zur Verfügung.
We live in Felde, a nice village near Kiel. Felde has got forests and a beautiful lake called Westensee. Although there is a lot of nature you can find all the necessary shops and public amenities in walking distance. It takes you only 15 minutes to get to Kiel by car or by train. Kiel has got nice beaches and is known for its sailing events. Enjoy the Baltic Sea. And there are nice places not far away. You can easily reach the island Sylt, the historical town of Luebeck or Hamburg.
Our house was built in the early 1960s and its red brick stone is typical for for the north of Germany. The main advantage of our home is the combination of nature and village and townlife at the same time. In our big garden children can play outside without the risk of passing cars. And if the weather is bad our guests can relax in the winter garden and still enjoy silence and nature. And when the weather is fine sailing, canoeing, swimming or cycling is always possible. We have renovated our house over the past years.

Unsere Wohngegend:
Wir wohnen in dem schönen Naturpark Westensee in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Landeshauptstadt Kiel. Wir leben in einem Dorf mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sowohl mit dem eigenen Auto als auch mit dem halbstündlich fahrenden Zug ist man in 10 Minuten in Kiel. Das Dorf bietet alles, was man braucht: Supermarkt, Apotheke, Arzt, Restaurant, Eisdiele.
Wandern, Fahrrad fahren und Schwimmen ist auf schöne Weise im Dorf und Umgebung möglich. Kiel liegt an der Kieler Förde, einer Bucht der Ostsee, und hat viel zu bieten. Einen Hafen mit großen Schiffen, aber auch tolle Sandstrände zum Spielen und Entspannen. Die Wasserqualität der Ostsee ist in Kiel sehr gut. Darüber hinaus kann man in Schleswig-Holstein viel entdecken.

Ein charmantes Häuschen in Norddeutschland. Gerade die Tiere haben uns sehr begeistert. Jeden Tag früh die Eier holen und auf der gemütlichen, kleinen Terrasse frühstücken. Pures Glück.

Außerdem gehört Lotte, eine sehr gut erzogene Border Collie Hündin zu unserer Familie,die gerne mit auf unsere Reisen kommt.
Wir sind eine sportliche Familie und lieben das Fahrrad fahren. Auf diese Weise erkunden wir gerne unseren Ferienort.

This is our family: Anja studied nutritional sciences, but works in a computer company at the moment. Thomas works as a teacher. Amelie, aged 18, and Antonia, aged 12 , are our little daughters.
