We live in Sant Cugat del Vallès, a residential town very close to Barcelona (20 km), where many families with young children love to live because of its beautiful sights, its comfortable living and the commodities that it offers: commercial areas, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, sports centres, green spaces and lots of children’s areas.

The train station is 2 minutes walk from our house, with frequent trains into the Rambles, the center of Barcelona (20-25 minutes). Besides, we are very close to several major routes that can take you to other touristic attractions, the beach, monuments or any other areas you are interested in.
Our home is a comfortable, spacious, light, warm house with 4 levels, 2 gardens (front and back), garage and a communal swimming pool and garden.

De familie Quintana is een jong gezin met een heel dynamische en creatieve mama. Er hingen ook mooie werken van haar in het huis. De communicatie verliep altijd via Whatsapp. We voelden een grote bekommernis dat alles goed zou verlopen en in orde was. De beschrijving van het huis en de omgeving klopt volledig met de realiteit.
