A nice flat in the east coast of Spain just by the water.

The flat is located in Xeraco a beach town, 50 km south away from Valencia. It is a very quiet neighbourhood. The building has his own swimming pool and gardens. The town has plenty of restaurants and bars, and is not far away from Gandia, where you can find lots of commercial facilities.

The flat is in a very central neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and galleries nearby. Metro and tram stops are just a few meters away, which makes getting around the city very easy. The host family has been wonderful and made our arrival at the flat extremely smooth and welcoming. El apartamento está situado en un barrio muy céntrico y con un gran número de restaurantes, tiendas, galerías, etc. Tiene paradas de metro y de tranvía a pocos metros. La familia alemana han sido encantadora en todo momento y nos han facilitado mucho la llegada a su apartamento.
