Our house consists of: kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, two toilets, a little garden and two solariums. In our private state we have two swimingpools open all year long, bus stop, several petanque courses.
In the night you can go for a walk arround the housing development enjoying the scent coming from the many different plants.
There is a library where you can borrow books. Many of them are written in English or German...There is an important group of people from UK,Germany Sweden...
Average temperature is 24º C degrees in September. Sun shines every day.
Friendly price for intervac members.This price is so cheap because we want to have the house in use. This house is our second house but it is a well-appointed house.
In our private state you can swim , play petanque, have breakfast, have lunch dinner or to have a snack in the restaurant.
There are markets, supermarkets. restaurants near the house.
Not very far from the house there are several golf courses.
We have a hospital 800m away.

Nous venons de réaliser 3 échanges dans le courant du printemps et de l'été, l'un en Bretagne, l'autre au Québec et le dernier en Espagne. Nous avons correspondu avec les familles avant mais également durant notre séjour, les relations étaient très amicales et fort sympathiques et nous avons eu plaisir à nous rencontrer en début de séjour avec la famille québécoise. Les maisons étaient totalement conformes aux photos présentées (mais en vrai c'est toujours mieux) et nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la prévenance et les bons conseils du voisinage. Nous sommes toujours sous le charme de cette façon de voyager qui peut nous permettre d'aller loin (ou pas) à moindre frais et surtout de voyager autrement, au coeur des habitudes de la région, à la rencontre des locaux et de nous éloigner de la foule si on en a envie. Nous prévoyons un autre échange avant la fin de l'année sur Paris et ne doutons pas une seconde trouver chaussure à notre pied... De belles expériences à consommer sans modération !
Sofia et Domingo sont très gentils et agréables. Ce fut un bel échange !
