Our home is a quiet place in a spirited and charming district of cologne. Central located in the old part of the City. Subway/tram/cablecar/bus are a 5 min. walk away. Surrounded by a lot of different shops, playgrounds, bars and restaurants
We are living on 3rd/4th floor of a renovated old Building. The big flat has on 3rd floor a living room, childrens room (2-3 beds), bathroom (shower) and kitchen. On 4th floor you will find bedroom (double) and bathroom with bath.
Our home is well suited for max. 6 persons .

Das Severins-Viertel (oder auch Fringsveedel) ist bekannt für seine zahlreichen gemütlichen Kneipen, Bars, Restaurants und Cafés, in denen es sich gut aushalten lässt. Der Einzelhandel floriert noch entlang der Severinstraße und Bonnerstraße und es macht Spaß, die zahlreichen kleinen Läden und Geschäfte entlang zu schlendern, zu stöbern und zu shoppen. Kulturell geht hier die Post ab: um den Clodwigplatz herum existiert die größte Theaterdichte von ganz Köln: das Theater am Sachsenring, das Theater der Keller, Das freie Werkstatt Theater, die Comedia, das Figurentheater im Blauen Haus, Theater in der Severinstorburg, etc. fünf lebendige Großstadt-Kirchengemeinden übertrumpfen sich gegenseitig mit ansprechenden kulturellen Veranstaltungen, sozialen Projekten und abwechslungsreichen Gottesdienstformen. Mit dem ODEON-Kino, im ehemaligen Trude-Herr-Theater, hat dieses Veedel eines der coolsten Off-Kinos mit alternativerem Kino-Programm, im Alten Pfandhaus finden Jazz-Konzerte und Ausstellungen statt und im KAT18 (wo einst das Schwulenzentrum "Schulz" logierte), ist heute ein Künstler-Atelier mit Galerie und Bewirtung.... aber die beste Küche der ganzen Südstadt befindet sich im HaPTiLu, dem kleinen charmanten Café-Lokal vis-á-vis unserer Wohnung, wo sich auch vorzüglich Frühstücken, Mittagessen und Dinnieren lässt.

We had e very nice experience with the family we made the exchange with. Martin and Detlef and their children are very nice people. Very helpful! Köln is also a nice destination. The appartement is close to the centre of Köln. You can do a lot by foot.
Wo wird man schon von einem kleinen niedlichen Hamster empfangen!? :-) Schade, dass die beiden Schildkröten im Keller sich gerade noch in Winterruhe befanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Eurem gemütlichen Haus, das hübsch eingerichtet ist und sehr hell ist und wohnlich. Die günstige Lage, die zentrale Anbindung, die gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld,... es war einfach alles perfekt. Ihr seid spitze - wir empfehlen Euch gerne weiter.

Who could know that it'll be the big love, when we met each other the first time in a crazy colourfull carneval crowd... While dancing we were able to feel: there is a special harmony between us, that'll never went away. That has happend 10 years ago and now we are parents for six years. 2012 we got daddys the first time with Snezana, but in the years bevor i have had a perfect training as "Daddy for children less than 3 years old". Since 2015 we are "complet", when Patrick arrived in the age of 10 month. We spent our holiday the last years in Cataluna (Barcelona) and in Andalusia (Sevilla, Málaga, Grenada & Córdoba) and fell in love with Cadiz. We are glad to found this Portal and are looking forward to our first apartment-Change!!
The much money we are going to save, we'll invest in icecream, chocolate, noodles, pizza, going to swimm & in museums. :-)
Our Hobbys are:
Martin: "planting beautiful flowers in our windows (you are invited to water the plants every day:-), to cook delicious meals and create fancy desserts, writing curious texts and dialogs for songs, dramas, picture-books, comics and carikatures. I love to go swimming, dancing, cruising and moving, making oecumenic services for children. I read newspapers, literature, graphic novels and cooking recipes, travellguides and art-books. I love museums, carneval, funfair, cinema, arte-TV and all kinds of theatre, visiting fleamarkets, art-exhibitions, political events like demonstartions, discussions, declarations".
Detlef: "jogging, making picknicktours with the family by bicycle or car, watching good films as dvd or in cinema"
Snezana: "swimming, physical education, amusement parks, to costume as princes, fairy or ballerina, learning to write, painting, going to playgrounds and klimbing on the highest trees."
Patrick: "the colour violet, animals at all, exspecialy horses, going to the zoo, going to kindergarden, playing football."
What we love alltogether is: icecream, chocolate, noodles with tomatosauce, pizza, dancing, singing, sunshine and the blue sea, "Charlie & Lola", some Disney Musical Song (Aristo cats, Tschitty tschitty Bang Bang; Mary Poppins) and playing Memory and other games.
