Spacious flat in central Hamburg plus small flat on the Baltic Coast
Beautiful large flat in the typical northern German red brick.. The house is in the city district Hamburg Eimsbüttel. It is three stations from the main station. The house was built in the 1920s and fully renovated in 2022, before we moved in. It has a big living room and kitchen, a large parents bedroom and two big children’s rooms and a small guest room. It is very close to the centre, easy access by public transport.
Really nice cafés , restaurants, small shops are close by. A beautiful indoor and outdoor pool is around the corner.
Hamburg has a lot to offer, many museums concerts, beautiful old buildings.
The house is in a quiet street. Friendly neighbours.
We have a small apartment in a lovely village on the Baltic Sea. Hohwacht.
It is 300 m to the sea. It has one sleeping room and one living room and sleeps four people easily.
It can be reached by public transportation in 2.5 hours or by car in 1.5 hours. You are free to use this apartment when you come to Hamburg.
You can relax at the beach, go swimming or rent a sailing boat or surfboard or go on one of the beautiful walks by the sea or around lakes. Really beautiful countryside and small villages and towns.

About the neighborhood
Hamburg Hamm is a beautiful red brick quarter of town. our street is quiet. On the corner you can have crepes, in childrens walking distance there is big park and several nice restaurants, among others the "factory" a very nice beer garden and restaurant, In view of our kitchen you see the "John Neumeier Dance School" so you often see the dancers relaxing in different locations in Hamm.
We have a very nice organic food store in walking distance, close to Hammer Park.
From here you can explore Hamburg by bike. Berlin is two hours by train.
