Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire est une ville limitrophe de Nantes. Vous y trouverez toutes les commodités d'un bourg actif et calme : commerces de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie...), restaurants, café/brasserie, producteurs locaux de légumes et fruits, marché le samedi avec de nombreux commerçants... ainsi qu'une librairie, des coiffeurs...
Depuis la maison, à 3km environ : balades à pied et en vélo ou footing pour rejoindre le bord de Loire et sa guinguette (ouverte l'été).
La maison est située à 6km de la gare de Nantes et à 7km du centre de Nantes (château, place du commerce...). Très accessible à vélo ou en transports en commun (bus + tram).

A very comfortable house on the outskirts of the city
En la información del intercambio faltaba alguna foto de las estancias (cocina y baño). En la casa han dejado documentación de los alrededores y las instrucciones de la casa todo muy bien detallado, ha sido muy fácil para nuestra familia estar en esa casa y organizarnos.La casa reúne buenas condiciones para el intercambio y la familia lo dejó todo preparado, incluso con regalos. Cuando hemos vuelto a nuestra casa nos la hemso encontrado en perfectas condiciones y nos ha dejado la nevera con mucha comido, además de detalles para toda la familia. Nos hemos venido muy contentos con el intercambio y la familia Guillou es 100% recomendable para futuras familias que quieran realizar intercambios con ella.

The cats, called "Sakura" (the white one) and "Yuzu" (the tiger), and the fish, called "Knight" are waiting for you ! They will be there to wake you up in the morning : the best way to be sure to have fresh croissant and to don't miss any visits : )
