A house full of charm in Lyon
We offer a large house with a big garden, swimming pool, barbecue, quiet and close to shops and transport.
A big terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains of Lyon where you will love spending happy hours at sunset or early in the morning.
The dining room and the kitchen overlook the swimming pool. The living room opens to the terrace, has a TV area and a fireplace.
You will find an office with printer, a piano, a library.
the night part of the house, there is a master suite with bathroom and toilet, a large bedroom and a small bedroom with cupboards and a shared bedroom. You will find a laundry room with washing machine and freezer.

Perheestämme
We have lived in this house for 25 years.Our two sons are 37 and 33 years old and often come to see us and enjoy a lot the house with their friends especially in summer when it is hot in the center of Lyon. We are now grandparents ! Theo is 16 months old.
Our cat Holly is adorable, communicates a lot and loves hugs!
Since 2022, we are together retired and full of energy and enthusiasm to travel and new friendly relationships.
Elämäntyyli
We like to enjoy nature and take care of our garden in summer, water flowers with rainwater from cisterns, clean the pool regularly with a robot to keep the water clean. That is why we ask our hosts to do the same as us in respect of environment.
You will find in the kitchen all you need to cook, a dishwasher that you can use. Please, leave the house as clean as you found it.
Our neighbours appreciate calm and peaceful neighborhood.
We prepare for you some documents to help you to choose what you can visit( Paris (by train in 2 hours), restaurants( Lyon is the capital of gastronomy!!), festivals(concerts, theater,danse...) and a lot of hikes for children and adults.
We lend you our car.
Our sons or one of our friends will be present to welcome and answer to your questions when you will arrive at home😀
