Situated in the quiet leafy north of the city, the house is a two minute walk from the Botanic Gardens. There are multiple parks and green spaces in the surrounding area.
Surrounded by local cafes, coffee houses, restaurants and cosy suburban pubs/bars.
There are two supermarkets that can be reached on foot in five minutes, but both have car-parks too if required.
It is a twenty minute walk to city centre. There are excellent bus links. It takes less than ten minutes by bus to reach the heart of Edinburgh and all the wonderful arts and culture the city has to offer. Our neighbourhood has wonderful links to the city’s cycle paths and pedestrian walk ways, linking the vibrant Stockbridge and trendy Leith areas.

Sehr nettes Reihenhaus, mit Hintergarten samt Gartenhäuschen mit extra Schlafgelegenheit. Gleich zu Beginn lernten wir die freundlichen Nachbarn kennen, die uns zu einem Fitness Nachmittag einluden. Am meisten begeistert waren wir von den vielen Wander- und Laufmöglichkeiten gleich beim Haus, die uns in Nachbarschaftsorte, zum Hafen und zur Küste oder direkt in die Innenstadt führten, alles fußläufig innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Edinburgh ist eine typisch schottische Stadt mit der massiven Burg am Hügel, dem erloschenen Vulkan "Arthurs Seat" als Hausberg und den vielen Bars und Häusern im georgianischen oder viktorianischen Stil. Ausflüge in die Highlands, Glasgow und in die rauhen Küstenregionen rundeten den Besuch ab!
