A cosy family flat in Lisbon.
This is our family home.
A 3 bedroom flat with spacious living and dining room, large kitchen with area for meals, and two bathrooms.
The flat has been renewed recently. Heat pump for hot&cold together with effective windows make it very comfortable and quiet. There is a balcony with a gas barbeque.
Our home is on the 9th floor, in a typical middle-class residential area. Blue metro line and several bus stops can be reached within 5 mins walking (8 metro stations to the centre).
With good road accesses the beach south of Tejo and beautiful Sintra or Cascais are a ride of 20 minutes.
We are new to Intervac but our family has used it for the last decade. Check Intervac member PTOC0716.

Mirena and Alan have helped us organising everything prior to our arrival and communication has been great, both before and during the exchange. Lovely apartment, very well located: everything you may need can be found in the same street and even downtown and the beach are walking distance. We would repeat the exchange without hesitation :) so we can only recommend!
The communication with the family was very fluid and helpful. When we arrived in Lisbon, the flat was immaculate and everything was perfectly explained in the texts and pamphlets we found. Also when we arrived home, our flat was perfectly cleaned and tidied. The flat in Lisbon was exactly as it appeared in their web page.
The house is beautifully decorated, well maintained, corresponding exactly to the description and well located near the centre. The family left us good tips for our visits and complete information about all practical things in the house and around. Important to mention also that the Bloch-Rose were very careful with everything in our own house and left it impeccable. A very sympathetic and kind family.
Petra, Rodrigo and the lovely kids has been warm and welcoming. Lovely apartment, well located and with a lovely view. Our warmest recommendations!
