Our sweet little second home in Burgenland (75 m²) is surounded with a beautiful, natural garden ( approx. 750m²), where you can relax in the shade in a hammok or the Hollywood Swing, have some barbeceau and jump in the Trampolin.

If you like you can relax in the sauna or do some nice walks in the Leithagebirge, starting for exmaple in Hornstein.
Best of all you have free entry to the Neufelder See Bath (https://www.neufelder-see.at/de/strandbad.html) where you can rent a boat or an Stand up Paddel or do some sweet water diving. The water quality is supergood and you have acess to a some little privat beach, shared with other householders.
The house has a heating and we use it all year long. It is fully equipped. 2 sleeping rooms, one living room, a kitchen, a small bathroom and an extra toilett.

It is close to Neufeld an der Leitha where you have got nice restaurants, bakery, and ice cream parlor.
In 15 minutes you will be in Eisenstadt - the main capital from Burgenland (https://www.burgenland.info/en/) where you find also nice sights.

Wir bieten euch unser 75 m2 großes Wochenendhaus mit 750 m2 Garten an. Es liegt am schönen Neufelder See, der in 4 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wochenendhaussiedlung. Es gibt 3 Räume: Ein Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer dazu eine Küche, ein kleines Bad und eine Terrasse. Das Haus hat eine Gasheizung und ist ganzjährig nutzbar.
Im Garten befindet sich eine Sauna mit einem 9 KW Elektrofen.
Im Ort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Lokale. In 15 min mit dem Auto erreicht man die burgenländische Landeshauptstadt Eisenstadt. Dort gibt es einige attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten. https://www.burgenland.info/

Zum Freibad haben Sie gratis Eintritt - dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Privatstrand, der gemeinsam mit anderen Hausbesitzern genützt wird. (https://www.neufelder-see.at/de/strandbad.html) Hier gibt es einen Bootverleih, Wasserrutsche, Windsurfing und Standup Paddel, Tauchstation und Spielplätze.
