Our three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath home sits 2 1/2 blocks from the beach (easily accessible on foot) and 1.5 blocks from the bay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood one mile away from the closest casino. Atlantic city is a year-round beach town offering shopping, dining and entertainment in summer and winter. Atlantic city beaches are free, and, in our neighborhood, the beach is wide and quiet.

The main floor of our home includes a three season room which we call the lanai. The living room, with a flat screen tv and comfortable seating, flows through to the spacious dining room. The kitchen is a nice size for cooking and includes a small table for two. You exit the kitchen down two steps to a powder room and laundry room and then can go outside to access the outdoor shower in the warmer months and the back patio through the garage where we store bikes and beach chairs.

The second floor of our house includes three nice size bedrooms and one full bath. All the rooms have multiple windows which let in lots of light and the sounds of seagulls passing through on their way to the beach.

Notre maison qui compte 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain et demie est situee pres de la plage, facilement accessible a pieds. La maison se trouve dans un voisinage tres calme, a 1.5 km du premier casino. Atlantic City est ouvert toute l'annee et offre beaucoup d'activites comme shopping, restaurants et spectacles en hivers comme en ete. Les plages d'Atlantic City sont gratuites. Les plages sont etendues et calmes.

Le rez de chausee de la maison inclue une veranda de trois saisons, un salon avec une television a grand ecran plat, une salle a manger et une cuisine. A cote de la cuisine il y a une buanderie et un WC. Derriere la maison se trouve un patio avec un BBQ, une douche a l'exterieure et le garage avec des velos et des chaises de plages.

Au deuxieme etage vous trouverez 3 chambres spacieuses et lumineuses et une salle de bain avec baignoire.
