This cozy 40 m² cabin is located on a large property that also hosts a guesthouse called Pousada do Jacaré, rented long-term to local residents. The cabin is at the back of the property and shares the same entrance as the guesthouse, but it has its own private area. The space is open-plan, with the kitchen, living area, and bedroom all integrated. It has a single bed that can be converted into a double bed, a bathroom, a refrigerator, a stove, an air fryer, an electric kettle, and basic kitchenware. A clothing rack with hangers is provided instead of a closet. Bed linens and towels are included.

The cabin also offers Wi-Fi and a projector for movie nights. Outside, there’s a pallet table for meals and private access to the lagoon through a gated entrance. There is a laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline, and the house receives sunlight all day. For those working remotely, a table and chair are provided. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but it stays very cool thanks to a large window and a fan for warmer days (rarely needed).

Mosquitoes are minimal despite being immersed in nature, especially because the area is close to more populated spots. Simply close the windows at dusk, and if a mosquito appears indoors, a standard insect repellent spray easily solves it.

This location offers the perfect balance: immerse yourself in nature while still having easy access to beaches, trails, local dining, and essential services.
