A comfortable and luminous appartment with terraces in the center of Bordeaux
Our house is located in a nice and busy street right in the city center, very close to the basilic Saint Seurin. The appartment itself is not located right on the street so it is very quiet despite the lively surroundings.
All shoping facilities are down the street especially all food supplies: a nice bakery selling bred and cakes, a pizzeria, a butcher, a grocery, several bars...
The city center is very commercial. A mall is located nearby and a small open market is held once a week in the square of Saint Seurin.
We have a private parking and a parking lot for bicycles
The public transports are also very convenient. A few minutes walk, gets you to the tram which leads you all around the city surroundings in a short time. Several bus lines including a direct one to the airport pass just around.
You will find Bordeaux and all the surounding fully covered with plenty of bycicles paths

Notre maison est située dans une rue commerçante en plein centre-ville, très proche de la très belle basilique Saint-Seurin. Tous les commerces sont à proximité, et le tram est à quelques minutes de marche.
Le centre-ville est très commerçant. Un centre commercial y est installé et un marché se tient une fois par semaine sur la place Saint Seurin. Juste en bas de notre appartement, une pâtisserie, une pizzeria, une épicerie, un boucher, différents cafés sont ouverts...
Nous sommes en plein centre-ville, mais nous habitons dans un appartement très calme car aucune fenêtre ne donne sur la rue. Nous avons notre propre place de parking ainsi qu'un local vélos.
Les transports constituent aussi un atout. A quelques minutes à pied, se trouve l'accès au tram qui permet de circuler rapidement dans l’agglomération. Plusieurs lignes de bus passent à proximité immédiate, dont une qui dessert l’aéroport.
Vous verrez aussi que la ville et les environs sont très bien équipés en pistes cyclables qui permettent de se déplacer facilement.
Bordeaux est une ville magnifique et dynamique, très riche sur le plan culturel et architectural.
On peut y trouver de nombreuses boutiques, des cinémas, des théâtres et même un opéra. Faites un tour sur http://www.bordeaux-tourisme.com/

Delightful apartment in the middle of Bordeaux, walking distance to everything. Shops and very nice restaurants all around, and the tain to visit the nearby towns (Arcachon and St Emilion)
Casa bellissima in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. Ogni angolo della casa ha un delizioso balcone dove godersi una tranquillità assoluta pur essendo al centro della città. Bordeaux molto bella e molto vivibile, consigliamo una visita. Abbiamo incontrato Régis e la sua bella famiglia al nostro rientro per lo scambio delle chiavi, è stato molto bello conoscerli, consigliamo vivamente uno scambio con loro!

Nous sommes une famille de 4. Nous avons déjà réalisé de nombreux échanges lorsque nous étions sur la région parisienne, toujours avec beaucoup de succès de part et d'autre. Installés à Bordeaux depuis 2015, nous souhaitons poursuivre cette expérience avec le même degré de confiance. Nous sommes curieux, aimons découvrir de nouveaux horizons et sommes très attentifs aux biens prêtés. Même si nous avons des préférences, nous sommes ouverts à toutes les propositions.
