Holiday home in Copanello/Staletti , South Italy (Calabria)
The main picture shows the view from my terrace on the bay of Catanzaro Lido. The home consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace. It is situated in a holiday village 15 km from Catanzaro.
There are many beautiful beaches in a distance of 5-10km, long sandy beaches or small bays. The water is fantastic, also the weather.
Shopping possibilities are in a short distance, 2 big shopping centers with supermarket and in the towns and villages all kind of shops, bars and restaurants.
The airport Lamezia Terme is 40km away, Sicily is also not too far. For a day trip you can go to Pizzo, Tropea... famous places, old towns and a beautiful cost.
I can offer a non-simoultaneous exchange as well.

Echange dans la résidence secondaire d'une dame seule . Le logement correspondait bien à sa représentation sur la page intervac. Cette résidence a été échangée sans contrôle (après échange) juste avant notre arrivée. L'état de propreté aurait pu être meilleur. Il n'était pas annoncé les coupures d'eau fréquentes. Cela aurait dû l'être pour organiser des réserves. Comme dans toutes les résidences secondaires, l'équipement de cuisine était sommaire (pas de four,ustensiles "usés" et peu nombreux,...). Un "mode d'emploi" du logement aurait été pratique pour éviter des pertes de temps (utilisation lave-linge, lave-vaisselle,...)
This was a lovely exchange for us, apartment had good parking area, lovely views and well furnished and clean. Eva was a great guest in our home and left everything as she found it. Welcome anytime again
Izmenjava kot smo pričakovali, dobra lokacija primerna za raziskovanje ostalega dela dežele. Apartma je dejansko takšen kot je na slikah v Intervacu.
La casa esta muy bien situada en la zona. La terraza es muy agradable con muy buenas vistas. El trato con el socio fue muy bueno, aunque no tuvimos la ocasión de conocernos en persona. Todo fue como habíamos acordado.
