Cultural centres: Milano, Bergamo, Brescia, Verona, Bologna... to reach within one or some hours.

Très bon contact avec la famille, appartement correspondant à nos attentes avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Iseo, découverte d'une région merveilleuse que nous ne connaissions pas.
Very nice people! Apartment with beautiful view on the sea. Benalmadena is a safe quiet place. Everything was very clean and well- organized.
Es la primera vez que un intercambio (llevamos más de 15) está por debajo de nuestras espectativas. En el anuncio decía que el apartamento disponía de wifi y cuando llegamos y vimos que no funcionaba nos dijeron que hacía semanas que se había estropeado y no habían podido arreglar-lo. al apartemento llegaba una señal de cobertura muy débil, insuficiente para conectar nuestros ordenadores. Nos sentimos engañados, si nos hubieran avisado antes del viaje hubieramos podido pensar en alguna solución. Necesitamos la conexión para el trabajo y fue muy pesado tener que encontrar espacios con wifi para poder hacer meetings de trabajo en una zona bastante aislada. Tampoco se mostraron muy dispuestos a ayudar a encontrar alguna solución que sugerimos, cómo pedir a los vecinos si nos podían compartir su wifi, dijimos que no nos importaba si teníamos qur pagar. La tv tampoco funcionaba sin internet, ni siquiera las cadenas locales. Nuestro hijo adolescente también estuvo muy enfadado por no poder ver ninguna película y no poder comunicar con normalidad con sus amigos.
