Warm attic in a special place in San Sebastian
In one of the best places in San Sebastian , just 2-3 minutes walk from the Zurriola beach and just over the famous Old Quarter , this penthouse is small but cozy and comfortable .
With a beautiful terrace from which you can smell the aroma of the nearby sea , while you enjoy a nice view .
The area is the district of Gros, quiet and beautiful neighborhood . The attic´s situation is excellent because with no additional transportation can quickly reach the most emblematic places of the city : in addition to the nearby beach Zurriola , where you can get off at " flip flops " if you like, once you arrive at the Kursaal Palace, Parte Vieja , Victoria Eugenia Theatre , including City Council area and Concha beach you will arrive in about 10 minutes. All this can be done on foot , or if you prefer, you have two bikes to enjoy strolling through this beautiful city.
So ... what will we say about a city like San Sebastian- Donostia ? Not only known for its undeniable beauty , plus you can check the warmth of its people, its unique cuisine, famous pintxos , cultural offerings , European Capital of Culture 2016 ... To all this we must add the good situation of this city from where you can easily travel to attractive places like Bilbao , Biarritz , Vitoria , Rioja (exceptional wine region ) ...

My sister and I had a wonderful trip to Donostia. Inazio was excellent to communicate with prior to our visit. He assisted with identifying the bus transfer from Bilbao airport. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us everything. He generously left provisions for our stay. We felt extremely welcome and at ease - as if we were visiting a friend's place. The location of the apartment itself suited us to perfection. All of the locals we met were friendly and courteours. My sister attended the Bruce Springsteen concert and was able to walk to the stadium (about 30 mins). We were less than 10 minutes to La Concha beach and had a swim day each day, even the morning before our departure as it was so convenient. The area where the apartment is was very quiet at nighttime and lively during the day. It felt very safe to walk around at night time. We could not praise our visit highly enough. I look forward to welcoming Inazio to my home in the future.
Apartamento perfectamente descrito, acogedor, la principal ventaja es que esta muy céntrico en una calle tranquila. La interacción con la familia genial.
