Flat in Lucca, Italy
My flat is in a very old building in the centre of Lucca, a very beautifull medieval city in the North of Tuscany. My apartment has been completely refurbished, maintaining its original charm. It's very bright and airy with lots of windows. There are two bedrooms (one double ) anda one with a double sofa bed, a cosy livingroom (with a sofa-bed), a studio, two bathrooms and a very practical kitchen/dining area. My apartment is very brigth and quiet because 9 of the 10 windows overlook the internal courtyard. It's very centrally located and close to all that Lucca has to offer. In the basement there are 2 bikes.
Pisa and the Versilia coast are 18 km distance, Florence 70 km. Lucca is an ideal place to visit northern Tuscany. I also have a house at the seaside, available from October to April/May, if it is not rented (IT53417).
L'appartamento è in un antico palazzo nel centro di Lucca, una bellissima città medievale
completamente circondata da Mura. La casa è composta da due camere da letto , due bagni, cucina, pranzo, soggiorno e studio. E' molta luminosa e tranquilla dato che 9 delle 10 finestre si affacciano su una corte interna. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. Lucca è a 70 km. da Firenze, 18 da Pisa e 18 dal mare. E' quindi un luogo ideale per visitare tutta la Toscana del nord. Ho anche una casa al mare, disponibile da ottobre a aprile/maggio se non è affittata (vedi IT53417).

L'appartamento è molto bello e arredato in modo originale. E' luminoso, con piante e fiori. La cucina è attrezzatissima. E' a Praga, un quartiere vicino al centro di Varsavia (si deve attraversare la Vistola), vicino alla metropolitana e ad altri mezzi di trasporto. La padrona di casa è una donna piacevole e spiritosa, spero di poterci incontrare di nuovo. Varsavia è una città ricca di sorprese: si passa dal centro intorno al castello, antico anche se tutto rifatto dopo la seconda guerra mondiale, a quartieri di stampo sovietico , ma di lusso, ai castelli degli antichi re. La cosa più stupefacente sono i musei, allestiti in modo ultra moderno. Alcuni sono progetti architettonicamente molto interessanti.
Staying at Patrizza's place in Lucca was a truly special experience. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful – full of charm and perfectly located in the heart of the old town. I had the chance to meet her and Wolfgang in person, as I arrived a day early, and we shared a lovely evening together. From the warm welcome at the airport to our heartfelt conversations, the connection between us felt as natural as between old friends. Thanks to Patriza’s thoughtful suggestions, I had the joy of discovering not only Lucca, but also Pisa, Florence, and the surrounding villages – each with its own unique atmosphere and beauty. It was the perfect mix of culture, food, nature, and local life. I’m deeply grateful for this exchange and the beautiful flow that made it so memorable. Thank you Patrizia and Wolfgang

Sono in pensione da due anni dopo aver fatto l'insegnante. Wolfgang traduce testi tecnici dall'inglese al tedesco. Insieme a noi può esserci mio figlio, Andrea, e a seconda delle destinazioni il mio cane, Argo un border collie bravissimo , altrimenti sta in pensione. Siamo amanti della natura, del cinema e di buoni libri.
