Nice and new house 140 sqm in Kleppe. Close to Stavanger, 25 minutes drive, and Sandnes 15 minutes drive.
Great nature like Pulpit Rock and Kjerag in the area.
The house has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and a private parking place. It was built in 2016. Good terrasse on one side of the house, balcony on the other side. Nice kitchen and two livingroom areas. My car is a Toyota Auris 2004 mod.
