We are a retired couple from California who love to travel.  We are located 40 km north of San Diego, in the coastal town of Encinitas.
Our home has two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. A third bedroom has a queen-size sofa sleeper.  There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and the other with combination tub and shower. Downstairs there is a WC with sink.  In addition we have a room with a large screen TV and high speed internet access and wifi.
There are wonderful ocean views from many of the rooms.  The living room has a fine Mason & Hamlin grand piano, and we would be especially interested in finding a home that also has a piano. The large garden and patio areas are perfect for our mild climate, and our orange & lime trees are ready to be picked.
Beaches, surfing spots, walking trails & golf courses are minutes away. The Encinitas Ranch Golf Course is a 15 minute walk. The San Diego Botanical Gardens are a 20 minute walk. Within a short drive are: Legoland (10min), Sea World (30min), Balboa Park with its museums, theaters, music venues and world famous San Diego Zoo (35min), Disneyland (90min), Palm Springs (2hr).
