Flat in Berlin, Germany
We are a couple in the age of 65/77 years from the German capital Berlin. We exchanged via Intervac 17 times over the last 20 years and it always worked perfect!
We are natural born "Berliner's" and live in "Tiergarten", close to Castle "Bellevue", where the President has his residence, a 15 min. walk to Hauptbahnhof, 20 min. to Brandenburger Tor. Our location is absolutely perfect to explore the center by feet or public traffic. Parking space may be sometimes a problem. If you are interested to see more of western or eastern Europe, there are many trains or flights from Berlin Mainstation or BER.
In our area you will find a lot of restaurants, nice shops, Supermarkets and everything you need.
Our flat in the 2. floor is spacious (83 m²) with big sleeping room and kingsize bed, living room with big sofa (also usual as a single bed), television. There is also my studio, bathroom with spacious shower, and the well equipped kitchen, W-lan of course and different computers.

Our Home is situated in the center of Berlin called "Mitte". The local District is called Moabit, the area "Westfälisches Viertel. It is recommended tu use public traffic, because it's quite difficult to find parking space.

Everything went great. good communications. the apartment is very nice and in a lovely location, central but quiet neighbourhood. Everything was clean and my place was also left clean when I returned from the exchange. I would not hesitate to recommend.
