Apartment in charming Lagos in Algarve, southern Portugal. Wonderful climate, beaches and golf courses . Walking distance to shops, restaurants, fish market, farmers market, beach and marina. Here is something for everybody.
Our modern condominium building Les Jardins, is in the centre of Lagos and outside the ancient city walls . We are on the top floor ( 4) with access directly with a lift from the garage and we have our own parking. Our condo has a big outdoor area with sunbeds , a big pool and a kids pool .
Two bedrooms , two bathrooms, two balconies and open kitchen/ living room.
Exchange of car possible sometimes. We’re grateful for help with watering the plants.

About the neighborhood
Algarve is a beautiful area with a fantastic climate. Please check www.visitalgarve.pt and/ or
www.visitportugal.com . Pleasant price level for everything. Lagos is a small town but alive the whole year. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. The padel courts are only 600 metres away. Hiking trails, golf courses, mini golf, horse riding, Aqualand amusement park,surfing and lovely beaches. Our closest beach Meia Praia is all sandy and over 5 km long. Add to that history, vineyards and fresh fish and seafood. We live right in the centre , but the street is a dead end, so not much traffic. Our apartment is 5 minutes walk from the bus station, where you have connections all over Portugal and southern Spain. Lisbon and Seville in Spain are both 270 km away only and the buses are very cheap. Here is also a train station.

Mycket trevligt och välkomnande par. Smidig kontakt hela vägen. Det är tydligt att Ingela och Benny är erfarna och kompetenta bytespartners. Lägenheten motsvarade våra förväntningar mer än väl, rent, snyggt och välutrustad. Bra läge i en fin stad och omgivningar. Bra tips på lokala utflykter. Ett nöje att bo här. Benny och Ingelas vistelse i vår lägenhet fungerade också bra.
Mycket fin och personligt inredd lägenhet i trevliga Sundbyberg. Bra kommunikationer över hela Stockholm och man tar sig snabbt med t-bana till centrum. Ett plus för flygbussar från Arlanda flygplats , som stannar relativt nära . Vi återkommer gärna !

We are Benny, 74 kand Ingela , 68 and we are from Gothenburg , Sweden but live permanently in Portugal since almost eight years now and enjoy it all the time. We have three grown and flown world traveller “kids” and two grand children. It is possible that some of them or close friends would like to join us sometime if possible.
We also have a dog named Ivy, she is is rescue dog from New York but we do not expect guests to take care of her and we also do not wish to take care of other pets. Ivy is usually in a dog hotel when we travel, exception could be when we go to Sweden by car summertime.
We like travelling, sports , hiking, reading and we love food and meeting family and friends for long dinners. Ingela also likes horse riding and going to gym classes.
We enjoy Intervac a lot , but combine also with other travels and are open for exchanges all year round. We will answer everyone.
