Our appartment is located at the top floor in a building from 1939 in a quiet part of central Sundbyberg concisting of
kitchen, bedroom, living room, balcony and bathroom.Totaly 60sqm. The flat is suitable for two persons. A nice and quiet area between the church and the watertower (which has a nice restaurant).

Sundbyberg City is a small-town area with nice shops and a good variety of restaurants. Situated very close to Stockholm City Center (approx.8 km). Very good public transportation to Stockholm centre (10 minutes by tram, subway, bus or commuter train). The subway station is very close, 200 metres.

En todo el proceso previo a este intercambio no simultaneo ha estado una familia muy amable, ágil en los diferentes trámites, comprensiva cuando se han producidos errores por nuestra parte incluyendo los de nuestro inglés. Nos han facilitado la llegada a su casa con útiles sugerencias. La casa estaba esplenderosamente limpia..Los utencilios del hogar eran muy abundantes; la "despensa básica" abundante y los "detalles"comestibles de la "bienvenida" fueron estimulantes. La documentacion sobre Estocolmo y el área de la vivienda fueron suficientes y significativas; sus sugerencias resultaron interesantes, prudentes y prácticas , La referente que nos dejaron - la Sra. Kaija - resultó indispensable; no solo por su dominio del castellano, sino por su disponibilidad, su natural amabilidad y su eficiencia para resolver algunas dificultades. Fue tambien otra respuesta eficaz de la familia Gunnarsson a nuestro interés por relacionarnos con"mayores escandinavos": nos conectaron con una encantadora "senior" de origen filandés.

Lägenheten motsvarade våra förväntningar mer än väl, rent, snyggt och välutrustad. Lägenheten ligger i ett naturreservat med fantastisk utsikt. Bra tips på lokala utflykter. Vi träffade Maria-Rosa och Angel som är underbara värdar. Vi blev bjudna på lunch med tapas och fick till och med skjuts till järnvägsstationen när vi lämnade för att resa vidare till Barcelona. Ett nöje att bo här. Rosa-Maria och Angels vistelse i vår lägenhet fungerade också bra.

Retired purchaser and teacher. A restart with Intervac one could say. We have made several changes during the years, such as Sweden, France, Denmark and Czech Rep. Now the children have their own lives and we are free to travel any time.
