Nearby Nice, house in a lively city center 2 km away from the sea
3 bedrooms (2 with air conditionned), a large bathroom and a separate WC are located on the the first floor of our house.

The house (110 sqm) is located in the lively town of Saint-Laurent-du-Var with plenty of shops within walking distance (bakers, groceries, cafés and restaurant.) Our street is in a friendly neighourhood and quiet as it is a dead end street.
The sea is only 2 km from home, and Nice old town 8km. A bus stop just 100 m from home, takes you to the center of Nice, if you don't feel like driving. The Nice international airport is at 15 /20 min by direct bus.
From Saint-Laurent-du-Var train station you'll be able to visit the french Riviera (Nice , Cannes, Antibes, Monaco) and even further in Italy. All thoses cities are close (less than 25 km away)
If the seaside is well known from the tourists, there is also plenty of beautiful spots to discover in the mountains: perched villages, and hiking. The Alps are just 1 hour away from the coast. For example Valberg is a nice resort with plenty of activities for kids (www.valberg.com).

The house is located in the down town of Saint Laurent du Var.
All kind of shops are available, press, food, bread, hair cutter, pharmacy etc... Main street is at 100 m from home.
Our street is a dead end street with no passing by traffic. Only neighbours park their car.
The bus line going to Nice City is at 100 m from home. A bus goes directly to the Nice international airport (20 min by bus , less than 10 min by car).
Saint Laurent du Var has a train station allowing to stop in all the city of the French riviera.
