3 floor family home in historic building with stunning views on beautiful medieval town and nature.

Located in the historic heart of medieval Fribourg and with stunning views on the old town and the nature by the riverside, the cosy family flat stretches over three floors and 200 m2. The 7 rooms apartment with a balcony is located in the upper part of a protected patrician house from 1890, together with another family apartment (shared garden). Although located in the heart of the old town, nature is very close, with beautiful walks along the river, through gorges and across the countryside. Everything is within walking distance (swimming pool, railway station with direct intercity connection to Bern/Geneva/Zurich/, museums, shops, restaurants, market...).

Fribourg is a beautiful old town right on the boarder of the german and french speaking part or Switzerland. Tourist attractions like Gruyere or Berne nearby. By railway (intercity station in walking distance) or car, mountains, lakes and Swiss Cities within day-trip distance. Ski stations about 1/2 hour drive from Fribourg (by bus or car). Fantastisk oplevelse. Huset var rigtig dejligt, havde alle faciliteter - og mere til man kunne ønske sig med børn og lå fantastisk placeret i Fribourgs gamle bydel. Skøn udsigt og kort til mange oplevelser. Rigtig søde byttepartnere og utrolig hjælpesomme med alt man kunne ønske sig. Nem kontakt og virkelig informative.Virkelig et dejligt bytte i et skønt land.

Huge apartment in a gorgeous setting. Family went above and beyond to help us. We had a great stay and loved the location.
