A nice house in France near Geneva and Annecy

With 120 m² of living space, the house is spacious and comfortable.

Built in 2014, it features 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 2 bathrooms.

The house includes a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large living room with a corner sofa and wide sliding glass doors opening onto the garden.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large private garden, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends.

The house is located in a quiet, safe rural area, with a supermarket just 1.5 km away. Free parking is available in front of the house.

It is an ideal base for exploring the region, with easy access to Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, and Évian-les-Bains. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby mountains and beautiful lakes, including Lake Geneva, Lake Annecy, and Lake Bourget. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor activities.

All contacts with the exchange family were very friendly - they prepared the house and our visit carefully and were also a lot of help during the visit. Their home was exactly as described/shown on the website. We very much like this form of holiday and recommend it whenever the holiday topic comes up!
