Stroll through the medieval streets and alleys of the inner city. The dining table can be extended to 24 people. Soak up the special atmosphere and discover world-famous buildings and sights. 'De Zeven Torentjes': petting zoo with a nice (water) playground and numerous farmyard animals (+ cafetaria). 'Boudewijn seapark' is an animal and amusement park with a dolphinarium. On the ground floor there is a spacious light-filled living room. We have an open kitchen with all modern appliances.
There is a TV with playstation that you can use. We have free wifi.
There is also a cellar and a toilet.

room 3: room with a bunk bed. Below is a double bed, above a single bed.
bathroom: with a bath,a sink and a toilet.

2ND FLOOR
room 4: room with 1 bed and a desk. There is an extra pull-out bed under the bed.

Both rooms have air conditioning and blackout curtains.

From the living room you have a view of the garden.
There is a private driveway next to our house where the car can be parked. There's also a possibility to charge your car.
We have 7 bikes for use to explore the city.

We hebben een heel fijne huizenruil gehad met dit gezin. De communicatie verliep vlot – zowel vooraf, tijdens als na de reis – en alle gemaakte afspraken werden correct nageleefd. Het contact was spontaan en aangenaam. Een fijn extraatje: tijdens de reis kregen we zelfs een fotootje doorgestuurd van ons huisdier, die het duidelijk naar z'n zin had. Dat doet altijd plezier! Het huis werd netjes achtergelaten en was ook een plezier om in te verblijven. De ligging is ideaal: met de metro sta je zo in het centrum van Sevilla. Een mooie, fijne regio om te ontdekken. Kortom, een positieve ervaring!

Una familia muy acogedora y amable que ha facilitado en todo momento el intercambio. Hemos estado en contacto con ellos y han sido siempre muy cercanos y nos han facilitado el intercambio, incluso ofreciéndonos cosas que ellos no tenían, como una bici para mi hija pequeña. Un casa preciosa con todas las comodidades, cálida y muy bien situada para poder disfrutar de la ciudad y sus alrededores. Hemos quedado muy agradecidos por su hospitalidad.

We are a blended family of 7.
Our 3 oldest children no longer travel with us because of youth camps or vacation jobs.
So during the home exchange, they will not be at home. So we are traveling with max 4 people.
