We are a family of 2: Mom and child (17).
Our appartment is on the 4th floor (with lift) in a house around 1900. It has 150sqm/1.615 feet. 5 people can sleep comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master bed room for 2, 1 children bedroom for 2 children, 1 guest room for 1-2), 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC, and an attic (playroom or extra bed room).
The appartment has a very nice terrace with lavender bushes, herbs and flowers to stay cool in summer. We live in central Vienna, 5 stops by underground to St.Stephans Cathedral/the city center.
We are very respectfull of others belongings and we will take good care of your home.

About the neighborhood
The area we live in is very nice, centrally located in Vienna (10 min to city center by underground), and it is very safe. It is a typicall area of Vienna for families and people enyoing a quiet and safe neighborhood. We have nice neighbours who are there to help you in case you need something. A park with a childrens playground is within 3 minutes walking distance from us. as well as plenty of schools and nurseries. Wonderufull bakeries, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within 1-5 min walking.
Next underground station ist within 7 minutes walk. You are within 10 min. by tube to city center/opera. You do not need a car for Vienna.
Meidlinger Markt/our local farmers market is within 10 min walking distance with plenty of wonderfull stalls with special food.
