A modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a gorgeous waterside suburb. PLEASE NOTE
We are only exchanging the 2 downstairs bedrooms ( one with a queen size bed, the other has a single trundle bed than can convert to 2 singles or one double. Both beds are new and very comfortable ) complete with downstairs bathroom. Our bedroom and ensuite ( the upstairs part of our home ) are generally not included. We may, in certain circumstances, consider them as part of the exchange too.
Our home is compact, but has everything you need. The kitchen has been recently upgraded.
We love the area because of its walks, it's views and it's close proximity to everything that Hobart and Tasmania has to offer.

Paul and I are retired from business. We are experienced exchangers having completed in excess of 50 exchanges over the last 25 years or so. We are listed on a couple of other sites. We have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. We love travel and experiencing new cultures. We enjoy both cities and more rural areas. We love skiing so are always interested to hear from members with homes in alpine areas. We also love beaches and the ocean. We're open to all offers.
