In the countryside, away from the highway, but only 25 minutes from the city of Groningen, Annerveenschekanaal is located on the Grevelingkanaal which flows into the Zuidlaardermeer. Close to the beautiful nature of the Hunzedal in Drenthe. The old bridges, the lock and the bridge keeper's houses effortlessly evoke the images of the golden years of the Drents-Groningse Veenkoloniën. From the farm you can make beautiful cycling, walking and boat or canoe trip

Lifestyle
As the renovation of our farm has now been completed we have plenty of time to devote to our hobbies: travel, sheep and dogs.
Our dogs are wellbehaved and may sometimes come with us on hollidays or they are looked after by friends. They do not lie on the coach, shed hair , bark or damage anything
We breed Walliser Schwarznase sheep and Nederlandse Zwartbles and often there will be lambs to cuddle. The farmhouse is split in 2 and the working part is away from the exchange part. We have rented this out as a holliday accomodation in the past but now offer it for exchange.
