A 2 bedroom modern condo in a resort complex called 'Vivo Resorts and Residences' on the ocean 1/2 hour from Puerto Escondido
Our condo is in an apartment style condominium complex with about 200 condos and some villas.
We are on the main floor, walkout to a large lap-pool a few steps from our door and the ocean 50 meters from our door.
The resort complex has following amenities - 3 pools, outdoor restaurant & bar, tennis & pickleball courts, well equipped workout room, yoga room, palapa, library, and full service housekeeping if desired. There is a security gate.
The resort is 20 minutes from the Puerto Escondio airport; about 10 minutes on a highway and 10 minutes on a rural road that can be very bumpy and also wet in the rainy season.
This area is very quiet and remote with miles of pristine, walkable, sandy beach

About the neighborhood
This is a resort with 8 condominium buildings and some Villas. We have a clubhouse with a restaurant, bar, workout room, library, Palapa for yoga and functions, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, 3 swimming pools. All right on the ocean with miles of walkable ocean front and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's a warm welcoming community. The drive into Puerto Escondido is 25 minutes.
