The nearby tram station takes you to the city center in 5 minutes (or 15 minutes on foot). UNESCO World Heritage Site (Loire à vélo). The city of Orléans has a rich history, evident in its old town center: cathedral, museums (MOBE or Musée Orléanais pour la Biodiversité et l'Environnement, Musée des Beaux Arts, CERCIL, Musée Historique de l'Orléanais, Musée Jeanne d'Arc), pedestrian streets, and medieval houses.
The cultural life is also rich with its theaters and cinemas (including Les Carmes, a four-screen arthouse cinema).
An “aquatic” leisure center allows you to relax, as does the Limère golf course in Ardon at the gates of Orléans.
The Orléans national forest (the largest in France) is accessible from the north-west exit of the city with its miles of trails. The Sologne region awaits you as you cross the royal bridge over the Loire.
One hour from Paris by SNCF train, Orléans is also the great neighbor of the Loire Valley châteaux.

couple de retraités toujours curieux et amateurs de voyages

Nous avons 2 enfants et 4 petits enfants, tous adultes.Ils habitent en Bretagne et en Picardie.
Nos loisirs sont les amis, la lecture, les expositions, le théâtre, le cinéma, etc...
Le respect de la nature et des êtres vivants en général, est une valeur essentielle pour nous.
Nous aimons visiter les lieux chargés d'histoire, les villages et les sites pittoresques, faire des promenades à pied, partager le mode de vie des habitants.
Nous sommes intéressés par les cultures différentes, le dépaysement.
Nous avons toujours aimé les voyages (Inde, Pérou, Madagascar, Malaisie, Afrique du sud, etc...)
Nous avons échangé 2 fois par Intervac (Danemark et Angleterre) il y a quelques années.
Depuis que nous sommes à la retraite nous avons beaucoup voyagé en Camping car en France et à travers l'Europe.

Nous souhaitons un échange avec une famille vivant en appartement ou dans une maison.

Échanges de maison possibles à l'intérieur des fourchettes de dates de possibilités mentionnées. Des périodes d'au moins 15 jours sont souhaitées.
