Our duplex flat is situated in La Chapelle Saint Mesmin, 5km from Orléans city center. It's in a quiet building (only 6 flats) with friendly neighborhood. It's a quiet small residence, only 2 buildings.We have a private parking space, inside the residence.
We have a nice park, with a private access to the river Loire. You'll enjoy walking, running or cycling there !
You can reach Orléans city center with bus, tramway or bycicle along the river Loire.
We have large and bright rooms, and a large terrace where you can have meals, read...or just enjoy the view on the park.
On first floor, you'll find :
a dressing room (we'll leave room for you...),
first bedroom with 2 beds 90cm,
bathroom (large shower and sink),
separate toilet,
kitchen with microwave, induction hob, oven and refrigerator,
and a large space for living room and dining room. smart TV, stereo and fiber internet...
Dressing room, bedroom and living room are openning onto the terrace.
An easy staircase in the dining room leads to the second floor, with bearing and corridor opening on ;

a second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm),

Our flat is on third and last floor, with no elevator. Perfect for fitness !

Un échange parfait ! Une petite ville animée, avec tous commerces, un appartement confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable... Beau début ! De belles randos, de charmantes églises et chapelles romanes... Des sites superbes à découvrir au gré de belles excursions ! Et surtout, un couple d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Carme et Ramon nous ont apportés de bons conseils, des réponses rapides et des échanges cordiaux. Un seul regret... ne pas les avoir rencontrés ! Un grand merci !
Bob et Helen avaient tout préparé pour notre venue... Documents, conseils, cadeau de bienvenue... Très bel accueil ! Leur maison est très confortable, bien agencée et très calme. Une vraie détente après les journées à arpenter Edinburgh ! Nous avons pu échanger quelque fois lors de notre séjour, ce fut à chaque fois très agréable. Bus et supermarché à 300 mètres. 40 minutes pour rejoindre Edinburgh et ses nombreux musées... gratuits ! Un très bel échange, un beau pays et une ville facile à parcourir ! Un grand merci pour cette belle découverte !
We established a good relationship with Denis and Martine, and had a very enjoyable stay in their comfortable apartment. There are so many interesting places to visit in the area that we were happy to have arranged a three week exchange.
Corinne et Bruno nous ont accueillis dans leur jolie maison, très confortable, calme et facile à vivre. Le village, avec boulangerie et supérette est proche de belles promenades et de jolies villes. Mention spéciale pour Soleure, superbe ! Randonnées dans le Jura, villes proches, lacs... nous avons fait de belles découvertes ! Notre appartement était irréprochable à notre retour. Des échanges très cordiaux, 2 chats bien sympas... un très bel échange. Merci !
