XVIIIth century farm, south-oriented, spacious (around 200 sqm), comfortable. 5 kms far from the town Coutances and 10 minutes far from the beach. At the ground level are located a large living room, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen. At the upper levels are 3 big sleeping rooms with double beds and another bathroom.
There is a 1500 square meters garden with two terraces (eastern side and southern side).
The house is located one hour from Caen, Mont-St-Michel and Brittany.

et 10 mn de la mer en voiture . Au rez-de chaussée se trouvent un grand salon équipé d'un confortable canapé-lit , une belle salle à manger et cuisine attenante . Les trois chambres sont très grandes et équipées de double lit . Il y a deux salles de bain .La maison est exposée au Sud , Nous avons deux terrasses pour profiter du soleil . Nous sommes situés idéalement à une heure de la Bretagne ( Rennes ) du Mont-St-Michel ,de Cherbourg , Caen . La plage se trouve à 8 kilomètres de la maison , la région est très belle et variée.
