A lovely apartment near Cannes on the French Riviera
We are still open to an exchange in the autumn . Also short breaks throughout the year.
We have now made 20 very successful exchanges and love this way of travel and experiencing other cultures.
There is also the option to exchange with our home north of Dublin in Ireland . It is across the road from a 10km golden beach in Ireland’s Ancient East , 40km from the city centre. We can send photos of this if need be .
Our French home is a recently renovated two bedroomed 90m2 light filled apartment with 85m2 of wrap around terraces in a gated residence with swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens. It is a short drive to shops, boulangeries, restaurants and parks. 7 km from Cannes and Antibes , 5 minutes from beautiful Mougins village, 10 minutes from Valbonne with its great market and 25 minutes from Nice airport. We are an Irish family and this is our summer home so there is good flexibility on its availability. There are 2 double bedrooms ( one with twin beds), a very large living room with a sofa bed and 3 terraces. The apartment is not suitable for small children.
This has been our second home for over 20 years and are continually amazed at the wide range of things to do. It is also very well placed for travelling to other areas along the Mediterranean Coast. We are a 45 minute drive from Monaco and Italy , 25 minutes from Nice and about an hour from St. Tropez. We are within easy drives of many beautiful Provencal villages.
We have made a number of very successful exchanges so far to New Zealand, Switzerland (2) Ireland, Sweden(2) , Belgium, France(4), US (3) ,UK( 4) and Canada (2). A number of them have been repeat visits! Non simultaneous exchanges work well for us. We are open to offers!

Our apartment is situated in a gated community with nice grounds , a swimming pool and tennis courts. We are a 5 minute drive from Mougins VIeux Village which is a beautiful medieval hilltop village renowned for its restaurants . We are also a 5 minute drive in the other direction from Valbonne which is also a very pretty place with lots of shops and restaurants. There are a couple of boulangeries within walking distance which are nice to visit for breakfast or coffees! We are a short drive from a number of beautiful beaches.

The apartment situates in a calm, good area and it was easy to discover the cities nearby. We loved their beautiful home. Everything was as descriped on the Intervac site. It was so nice to relax on the large terraces and the swimming pool was great when it was hot. The apartment was beautiful furnished and there was also air conditioning.
L'échange s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est bien situé et très agréable avec sa grande terrasse donnant sur le tennis et la piscine, dans une résidence bien arborée.
The apartment was right in the middle of the resort and was a perfect place for skiing. So good we are exchanging again next year
Lisa and warrens home was lovely to stay in and was exactly as we expected. As this ended up being a non simultaneous exchange we got to meet Lisa,Warren and Robert several times. We really enjoyed their company and have made new friends.

Hello
We are an Irish family and have holidayed in France for more than 20 years where we have our second home. Our 2 sons are both adults now and are off travelling the world themselves. Occasionally they come with us.
We are retired so have good flexibility.
There is also a possibility of exchanging with our home in Ireland 🇮🇪
