Beautifull house close to downtown Montréal

Spacious and cozy home located on Nun's Island (a Montreal residential area),well known to Montrealers for its quality of life, and offering a very pleasant environment on the banks of the St Lawrence river.

The house, spread over 3 floors and a loft, is equipped with all modern amenities (wifi, television, appliances, kitchen equipment,, wifi etc), and has an intimate and private backyard.
The neighborhood is calm , and very respectful of the environment.

Transportation to the center of Montreal, or the old town is very efficient,
A bus service is available (5 minutes walk from the house) the ride itself takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
A rapid train ( Rem) is also available and takes you to the heart of town in 7 minutes.
Nun's Island location gives a direct and rapid access to the Champlain bridge, leading to different highways should you like to visit the country side, or go to Ontario, or Quebec city.,etc...or any other destination of your choice.
Montreal is a very diverse and colourful city, with cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. Furthermore,
its numerous festivals attract many tourists and Montrealers, making it a must.

La position stratégique de l'ile des Soeurs, vous permet de sortir de la ville rapidement, car vous aurez accès au Pont Champlain en quelques minutes, et pourrez ainsi vous rendre facilement dans les Cantons de l'est, Québec ou toute autre destination de votre choix.
Montréal est une ville aux multiples attraits, et offre offre un grand nombre d'activités culturelles et sportives.

A beautiful pedestrian path , located a few minutes walk from the house, goes up to the banks of the st-Lawrence river.
A very popular Spa( Strom spa Nordique) is located within walking distance .
A kids amusement park as well as a community center , and public pool are as well located 5 minutes from the house.
Moreover, within walking distance, there is access to a large number of public services, such as grocery ,pharmacy, bank, medical clinics, dentists, tennis courts, swimming pools, amusement parks., bike rentals, etc

Un boisé situé a quelques minutes de marche de la maison vous permet de vous rendre par le sentier pédestre aux abords du Fleuve St-Laurent.
Un spa ( Strom spa Nordique)se trouve de même a quelques minutes de la maison.

Un bon nombre de services, et commerces sont disponibles à proximité ( distance de marche de 15 minutes) soit: épiceries grandes surfaces, pharmacies, poste, banques, cliniques médicales, dentistes, restaurants, casses croutes, cafés etc....
