Four bedroom detached family bungalow within walking distance of Kilkenny City Centre.
Our house is located only a short walk from the city but in a quiet, mature area. We are also on the Kilkenny city bus route. We have a shopping centre and a leisure centre 5 minutes walk away with a large pool, a kids pool and a toddler pool. There are lots of amenities, shops, cafes, bars, galleries, parks and many Medieval sites including Kilkenny castle and Park which is 10 minutes walk away. The house is a 4 bed detached bungalow. It was renovated to a very high standard in 2013. There is gas fired central heating and a solid fuel stove. There is 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite. A large master bedroom with a king sized bed , 2nd room has a small double bed , The third room is a child’s room with two beds ( suitable for children) and the forth room has an adult size single bed . There is a large open plan, kitchen, dinning and sitting room. Which opens out onto the back garden. There are swings, a trampoline and a climbing frame in the garden. There is off street parking. There is car charging available in lidl just down the road. . We have gigabit broadband and Eir TV.

We had a fabulous time in Bornem . It is a truly lovely place to spend some time . We did many day trips from here and our kids love to swim so we swam many times . Bornem is very close to everywhere in Belgium . We visited the coast 4 times and we went to all the major cities .If you love markets Belgium is for you !! We enjoyed Walibi and aqualibi on day trips ! Lovely house and intervac hosts 5 *****. We did lots of cycling We will definitely return to Belgium fabulous country and such friendly people so much more to explore 🇮🇪🇧🇪❤️

This home was perfect for our family exchange and our younger children, in particular, really enjoyed their experience. The home was immaculately clean and well appointed with all the facilities you would need, from kitchen appliances to bathroom towels right down to toys and tv. The home is perfectly located for a visit to Kilkenny city, with public transport within metres of the home and a public swimming pool with gym facilities within 5 mins walking distance. Supermarket and coffee shop all on your front door too. David was a pleasure to deal with and he took the time to explain about house keys etc and he remained on call during our stay. We returned to our own home which had been well taken care of by David and his family. We would not hesitate to exchange our home with this family/home again.
We had a lovely time in the Kennedys home it was as described. It is close to Inch beach and a good base for discovering Dingle and Tralee . The kids had a great time in the garden and enjoyed the cat and dog .
