A spacious refurbished family home in one of the best locations in Dublin for variety of activities on doorstep and close by

Very spacious family home with child-friendly garden of swings, playhouse, slide, trampoline and seating areas for adults to relax and enjoy while the children play.
At the end of our road there is a park with woodlands, pitches, playground and views over the city. Also in the neighbourhood are a choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, newsagents and a supermarket.
2km to the sea, Blackrock park with two playgrounds and many bars and restaurants including two Michelin stars Liath. 3km to Dundrum shopping mall with cinema, many restaurants, crazy golf as well as retail therapy!
5km to Marley Park with many walkways and amazing playground.
Then 5 minute walk to bus route to Dublin city centre (waiting 5 minutes at the longest) for 10 to 15 minute bus journey to St Stephens Green and all that is in that area of Dublin city centre (including National art Gallery, little museum of Dublin, National museum of Archaeology, Natural history museum & Grafton St amongst others)
As well as our house we can help with many suggestions for things to do for all ages and interests, how to get there, places to eat and deals that can be had.
Overall we think we can offer from our home and our location a memorable stay and holiday in Ireland

Mount Merrion is a suburb of Dublin. We are still close that you car reach the ciy centre within 10 to 15 minutes by bus.
We are blessed with Sea and mountain views and being close to both.
We have many amenities and activities that can be done close be and can help leave detailed options for anyone who will use our home.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Graham et Sonya. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse avec une belle vue sur le jardin. Bien située dans la banlieue Sud de Dublin, au coeur d'un quartier très paisible. Un véhicule est préférable mais les arrêts de bus sont à proximité. Nous avons visité Dublin et ces environs et sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nos hôtes sont charmants, très réactifs et facilitants. Merci pour leurs conseils de visites et ballades

Lovely family to deal with, helpful and very good communication. Apartment is very spacious with a great balcony over looking the sea. A selection of beaches on your doorstep and lots of options for eating out Very good options of activities for children within 20 minutes drive and the amazing Barcelona 30 minutes drive. Our own house was immaculate on our return and we had a great first experience of a house swap and would recommend this family and their lovely apartment without hesitation
