Modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home on 8 acres and set in quiet cove of 5 small farms. Location is just minutes from downtown Asheville which hosts dozens of year round festivals and is home to dozens of restaurants (many award winning) and great shops, fun/friendly breweries and wonderful live music venues. Our home is five miles from the city's center and 2.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway and national forest. 3 topnotch grocery stores are within 2.5 miles and the Blue Ridge Parkway is world-renowned for its gorgeous views and multiple hiking locations. If water sports are your thing, Asheville sits on the French Broad River with multiple places to enter the river to enjoy a day or rafting or tubing.

Nearest Airport: Asheville - 20 miles
Our house is one of five small horse farms (we do not keep horses at the moment) around a quiet cove in the North Carolina mountains. The setting is pastoral. We see lots of wildlife, particularly bears, deer and wild turkey. We are 5 miles from the center of Asheville, one of the most popular tourist towns in the USA. A 2.5 mile drive will get you on to the Blue Ridge Parkway and into the national forest and also the French Broad River so we are a popular destination for hikers, tubers, kayakers and many other outdoor activities. We are also 2.5 miles from supermarkets, etc. Asheville has more than 40 craft breweries, all close by.
